Updated PCNA Course (of course, ’cause that’s what we do!)

We added more navigation options to each course menu based on your feedback. This makes it easier to navigate the specific topics you want to review. We also added text to the previous and next buttons at the bottom of the course window for easier navigation. Finally, we removed the Pakedge equipment option since we announced the end-of-life of Pakedge wireless access points.
