As we start the second half of 2023—and July 2 was the exact middle of the
year—you might want to take a moment to ask yourself, “Where did the first half of the year go?”

Never mind that! Let’s celebrate how far we’ve come and look forward to another six months of awesomeness—and there’s a lot to anticipate! 

July features a wide assortment of holidays, including International Joke Day (July 1), International Kissing Day (July 6), World Chocolate Day (July 7), International Chess Day (July 20), and Bagpipe Appreciation Day (July 27). For national holidays, we have Canada Day, Independence Day, and Bastille Day… and maybe one or two others I’ve missed.

Why so many celebrations? Because when people have custom home and outdoor experiences, they want a good excuse to hold parties! Also, your awesome work turns even a half-day off into a refreshing staycation. 

So, spend a few moments off your feet, enjoy some chess, chocolate, or a good smooch, and celebrate these exciting new product features, KB articles, tips, tricks, and more!

    Level 1 Tech Support agent Kaitlyn Tokay is this month’s TRUE G.R.I.T. Award winner! The TRUE G.R.I.T. Award recognizes Snap One technical support agents who provide top-notch support to our partners.

    Based in Charlotte, Kaitlyn supports you with our Clare, Binary, Episode, Luma, OvrC, Strong, and WattBox product brands as well as all third-party brands. As expected, teammates and Partners have a lot of great things to say about her. 

    One teammate said, “Kaitlyn has gone above and beyond.
