Upgrading 1.7.4 Projects: Step by Step We’ve released a lot of firmware and release updates. Please don’t wait—update! Pakedge MS Series switches firmware release v1.01.0 The first MS Series firmware release since launch last summer, v1.01.0 includes several UI enhancements, bug fixes, and feature improvements, including: •New fully supported Control4 driver •PoE bootup delay timer addition •11 new advanced features added to the web GUI •Added info icons throughout the web GUI for detailed setting instructions SEE RELEASE NOTES WattBox 150/250 IPW firmware release v2.0.1.4 This firmware update includes several bug fixes and improvements, including: •New control system API available via SSH •Added HTTPS support •Fixed bug causing control system API to fail and not rebind to the port •Enhanced the web server to account for multi-connection browsers that may cause the local UI to not load Important Update Instructions: Units on firmware below 1.2.0.6 must first update to 1.2.0.6 before updating to 2.0.1.4. | SNAP PRO LIVE! JOIN US FOR A WICKED GOOD TIME 3-day live virtual event, Oct 13-15, followed by new training content all month long. Keynote address from SnapAV leadership with a first look at yet-to-be released products and important business updates (2 p.m. EST on 10/13). 12 additional video sessions, including deep-dive technical trainings, new product overviews, and industry panel discussions. | SSO ERROR WHEN LOGGING IN TO TECH COMMUNITY We’re working hard to improve our own systems for tracking your accounts, training, sales, and the Tech Community. One persistent issue that we keep running into (usually when we’re merging accounts or transferring profiles to another account) shows up as an SSO error when trying to log into the Tech Community. If you’ve had that error in the past and gave up trying to log in, please try again. We have worked hard on trying to resolve this issue automatically for most of you. If you do still get the dreaded SSO error, please send an email to webhelp@control4.com EMAILS TO THE RESCUE Have you ever called into Tech Support in regards to a specific issue, for example, how to set up the DS2 Door Station snapshot camera feature? | Room Control4 Driver Update There was a small update to the Room Control driver JUST last night. When you add the Room Control driver to a project it now auto names the driver to the name of the room you put it in.
